Tosin Akande
Founder and Principal
As an experienced community engagement and organizational management professional, Tosin Akande is passionate about communities and the organizations that serve them.
Throughout her career, she has led national initiatives, facilitated strategic planning efforts, guided community investment processes, and supported organizations navigating complex challenges. Tosin is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Community Engagement at Point Park University, where she researches competition and collaboration among nonprofit organizations and serves as an Adjunct Instructor.
At the heart of her work is a belief that lasting change happens when communities are trusted, leaders are developed, and organizations are equipped to learn, adapt, and thrive.
Dr. S. Ashlee Bledsoe
Senior Consultant
Dr. S. Ashlee Bledsoe holds a Ph.D. in Sociology focusing on culture, social structure, and organizations. Her research includes topics such as legitimacy in organizations, culture, and institutions and the impact of inequality in the United States. Using both quantitative and qualitative methods, she provides valuable insights into attitudes, behaviors, and group dynamics.
Additionally, Dr. Bledsoe has applied her expertise to evaluation projects within nonprofit settings. She has designed data collection procedures, conducted thorough data analyses, and created comprehensive reports that offer actionable recommendations for improving programs and operations.
Her commitment to leveraging research and data to enhance organizational effectiveness drives my passion for supporting nonprofit initiatives that foster positive social change.
